What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
Eligible returns of products purchased on mlb.sg may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to 335G Pasir Panjang Road.
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. No exceptions will be accepted.
Made to Order, DIY and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items purchased at another retailer or distributor cannot be returned to mlb.sg. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.
The following categories are not returnable: Sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Reimbursement & processing time
After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item via a digital voucher. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 7 business days from when we receive it.
Are delivery charges refundable?
Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Can I return a personalised item?
Once a Made to Order DIY or personalized item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. These items are final sale.
How do I exchange an item I purchased online?
Online purchases can be exchanged at our store. You must have a valid order number for your online purchase. A one-time exchange can be made for the same design, to a different size or colour only. If the design is not available in-store, you can return your order over the counter for store credit, usable on your next online purchase!
Once an exchange for an online order has been made, it cannot be further returned for store credit.
